Let's face it, there are SO MANY OPTIONS for Drum Samples available today. You typically get some with your DAW, then there's Steven Slate's Drums, ToonTrack, GetGoodDrums, and Drum Forge. Today, I got a chance to review the latest Drum Sample pack in their "DrumShotz" library from Dave Otero. He's a big name in the metal community, working with many well known bands in recording and producing.
Let's have a look at what is possible using Dave's samples in a drum recording. It's like having him right beside you when mixing drums. (y)
